A packing video will be sent to your registered email id, by the time your product is delivered. In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during transit, we offer hassle-free returns & exchanges.
1. Returns or Exchange Criteria:
We accept returns and refund or exchanges under only the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a different or incorrect product.
2.Eligibility for Returns or Exchange
– Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
– Please send us an email with an unedited unboxing video to the provided email address or via WhatsApp.
– Sending us the unboxing video is mandatory. We will review the video to approve the return.
